Monthly WordPress Maintenance Agreement

  1.  Maintenance
    1. Weekly updates to WordPress core files, plugins, and theme updates as required.
    2.  Monitoring your website’s functionality to ensure that everything is working as it should
      and upgrade where necessary.
    3. Plugins Replacement/Recommendation: Some plugins may become outdated and no
      longer work with the newest version of your website software. Plugins may need
      upgrading to accommodate the newer version, or become obsolete with the
      improvements in the website software. If necessary, a new plugin will be installed and
      set-up. Agreement does not include cost of “premium” plugin purchases or extensive
      set-up projects (i.e.: a new ecommerce system, extensive design changes, etc.). You will
      be informed beforehand if additional cost is required.
    4. Contacting website hosting to provide support if any issue is believed to be caused by
      hosting. Working with hosting provider to diagnose and fix any issues if caused by
      hosting.
  2. Security
    1. Removal of malware, spam, and malicious code if found
    2. Daily, weekly, or monthly backups of your site
  3. Updates
    1. Edit, revise, content and images affecting website layout/display, of original website content, caused by any WordPress, Theme, or Plugin updates.
